Delete your account

Use this form to ask us to delete your ZetuXP account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need to be signed in.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and any name you gave us are irreversibly replaced with anonymous values, so the account can no longer be identified or signed into.
  • Your unlocked episodes and your remaining coin balance are forfeited. Coins are not refundable and cannot be restored or transferred to another account.
  • Your feedback and support messages are detached from your identity and removed on our normal support retention schedule.

What we must keep

Anonymised records of your coin purchases are retained for up to seven years, because Kenyan tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records. These records can no longer be linked back to you.

How long it takes

We verify that the request came from the account holder, then delete the account. This is normally done within a few days and always within 30 days. We email you to confirm once it is done.
